**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Assessment**: Evaluate participants’ communication skills through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Practical Sessions & Seminars**: Organize and lead seminars, workshops, and practical demonstrations on communication and personal development topics.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and communication trends to enhance program effectiveness.
- **Mentorship**: Provide one-on-one mentoring and personalized guidance to partners requiring additional support.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback, and share regular reports with management.
