**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized Operations Intern to support the day-to-day activities of our IT training institute. The intern will assist in batch coordination, student feedback collection, scheduling adjustments, and reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in managing operations efficiently and ensuring smooth execution of training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Daily Responsibilities**:

- Collect and update daily batch progress, attendance, and trainer availability in the tracking sheet.
- Gather student feedback for ongoing batches and ensure proper documentation.
- Participate in the Daily Operations Meeting, provide batch updates, and track action points.

**2) Weekly Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the Weekly Batch Review & Scheduling Adjustments based on student feedback and attendance.
- Document Weekly Batch Visit Summary & Insights, highlighting key observations.
- Help in analyzing student feedback and identifying improvement areas.
- Support in scheduling exams (half or full syllabus) and coordinating with trainers.
- Prepare Weekly Batch Data Reports covering batch performance, attendance, and feedback.
- Attend and assist in the Weekly Operations Meeting, ensuring all tasks are tracked.

**3) Monthly Responsibilities**:

- Assist in compiling a Monthly Performance Report covering batch progress, trainer effectiveness, and student feedback analysis.
- Support in evaluating exam performance trends and batch outcomes.
- Identify and suggest operational process improvements based on collected data.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Good communication skills for interacting with trainers, students, and the management team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
