**Pre-Sales/ Operations Intern-**

As a Pre-Sales Intern at Fix Health, you will be an integral part of our early-stage startup, where dynamic roles are essential. In addition to providing exceptional support and guidance to clients seeking consultation services, you will also engage in pre-sales activities for our international market. This position requires immediate joining and will be based at our office in Nagpur.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in understanding consultation options, procedures, and services offered by Fix Health.
- Guide clients through the consultation process, including scheduling appointments, explaining pre-consultation requirements, and managing expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, appointment schedules, and communication logs using CRM software.
- Continuously evaluate and improve consultation support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to expand knowledge and skills related to consultation support and healthcare services.
- Engage in pre-sales activities for our international market, including identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the sales process.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive client information and adhere to data protection policies.

**Should have own Laptop.**

**Stipend
- Rs. 15,000/month**

**Shift
- Rotational shifts.**

- Nagpur.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices is advantageous.
- Immediate availability to work from the Nagpur office.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
