About Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to support the day-to-day business functions, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational tasks and processes.
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Help in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic analysis.
  • Use task management tools like Jira or ClickUp to track and manage workflows effectively.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
