**Job Summary**:As a Sales and Marketing Professional with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that effectively promote our products and services, engage clients, and establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to leverage industry knowledge, market insights, and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in achieving revenue targets and enhancing our brand image.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals, leveraging your deep understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to tailor marketing campaigns and sales approaches for maximum impact.
**Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing tailored solutions.
**New Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients within the Oil and Gas sector. Generate leads, conduct prospecting activities, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
**Product Promotion**: Develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and seminars. Network with industry professionals to expand the company's reach and gather market intelligence.
**Sales Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven adjustments to sales strategies and activities.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
**Contract Negotiations**: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties while adhering to company guidelines.
**Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends to management.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales and marketing roles within the Oil and Gas industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector, including industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data, derive actionable insights, and formulate effective strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
