The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and effective flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role involves coordinating transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Logistics Executive will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with transportation providers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to streamline processes.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and manage inventory turnover.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**:

- Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies regarding transportation and logistics.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or concerns from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain activities.
- Prepare regular reports for management on logistics performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure effective communication and service.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost-effective solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
