We are hiring an **E-Commerce Executive** to support our daily operations, online research, logistics coordination, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for **freshers** or entry-level professionals eager to learn and build a career in e-commerce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **data mining and online research** on products, competitors, and market trends
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Coordinate with **logistics partners** for order dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and promotions
- Respond to basic customer queries professionally
- Maintain reports and perform **basic Excel tasks** (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Support daily operations and handle **multiple tasks efficiently**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong interest in **e-commerce and logistics**:

- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel**:

- Good **verbal and written communication** skills
- Ability to **multi-task** and stay organized
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- **Freshers are welcome** - training will be provided
