**Job Description**:
ideaForge is offering a 6 month graduation project internship in their Experience Design studio located in Bangalore. This internship offers hands-on experience in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products.

If you are a final semester B.Des/M.Des. student who is passionate about user-centered design principles and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, please get in touch with your resume and portfolio. Make sure your portfolio already has 1 or 2 great UX/UI Projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Help maintain and contribute to our design system and style guide.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.

If you are selected, you will be working with other senior designers on:

- deep user research in Defence and Enterprise markets
- identifying insights, user habits and key user needs
- ideate and visualisation of concepts, and
- prototyping delightful product experiences
