**Position Overview**

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who has 1 month to 6 months of experience as an UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role requires excellent visual design skills and a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles. If you enjoy creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)

**What You Will Be Doing**Wireframing and Prototyping:

- Assisting in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborating with senior designers to iterate on design solutions based on feedback and usability testing.

User Interface (UI) Design Assistance:

- Supporting the creation of visually appealing UI designs, including layouts, typography, color schemes, and iconography.
- Ensuring UI designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive user experience.

User Experience (UX) Design Tasks:

- Participating in usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes and interfaces.
- Contributing to enhancing user experiences through intuitive navigation, information architecture, and interaction design.

Collaboration and Learning:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, designers, and developers to gain practical experience in a team setting.

Project Documentation Support:

- Assisting in documenting design processes, design decisions, and design specifications.

Design Tool Proficiency:

- Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
- Learning design best practices and industry standards to enhance design skills and technique.

Adherence to Timelines and Deliverables:

- Meeting project deadlines and deliverables set by senior designers and project leads.
- Demonstrating accountability and responsibility in managing assigned tasks and timelines effectively.

**What You’ll Need**
- Min. 1-3 months of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Strong interest in the latest design trends and stay updated with current and emerging principles in UI/UX.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- The ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong understanding of clean UI/UX design principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of React, HTML, JavaScript, and Ajax is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
