Job Title: UI/UX Designer Intern (6-Month Internship)

Duration: 6 Months Location: Online & Offline (Hybrid)

**About the Role**:
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work on diverse projects that include web, mobile, and cross-platform design, solving real business challenges, and directly contributing to the success of client projects. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers in a dynamic and creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Research & Analysis**: Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and interviews.

**Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify design opportunities.** Wireframing & Prototyping:
**UI/UX Design Execution**: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with project requirements.

**Ensure consistency in design across platforms and devices (responsive design for web and mobile).**

Collaboration & Feedback:
**Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product) to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.** Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.

**Testing & Iteration**: Conduct usability testing to evaluate user experiences. **Continuously iterate on designs based on testing feedback and client requirements.**

**Skills & Qualifications**: Fresh graduates or students in their final year with a focus on design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field.

**Strong interest in UI/UX Design and creating seamless digital experiences.** Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar (training will be provided if needed).

**Basic understanding of UX research methods and design principles.** Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

**Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**
