As a **Business Operations Intern**, you will work closely with data, leveraging tools like SQL and Excel to support customer profiling and operational efficiency. A key part of this role involves conducting user experience research, where you will interact with merchants to understand their profiles, needs, and pain points. You’ll then combine these insights with your data analysis to create meaningful customer profiles that drive product and business improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis & Management**
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support customer profiling and business decisions.
- Use SQL and Excel to manage, clean, and structure large datasets for analysis.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that help track performance and uncover customer insights.

**Customer Profiling & UX Research**
- Conduct interviews and engage in discussions with merchants to understand their profiles, preferences, and challenges.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback from customers and quantitative data to create detailed customer personas.
- Serve as the “voice of the customer” within the company by communicating insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Collaborate with internal teams, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Work alongside product, customer success, and operations teams to align customer insights with business objectives.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data insights and customer feedback.
- Develop, document, and implement improved operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**What you will need**:

- B.Tech (Final year student) - 6 months in office internship, prefer from Bangalore
- Proficiency is Excel & SQL
- Strong communication skills, oral & written.
- Proven experience on google sheets or excel knowledge.
