- _ Administration of all paperwork and/or onboarding requirements and tasks (specific to learning programs)._
- _ Coordinate tasks associated with the learning process, including virtual training account management_
- _ Initiate and manage the learning business process, ensuring timely approvals and completion of tasks._
- _ Support learners in navigating and completing learning-related tasks, utilizing platforms like Workday_
- _ Provide assistance for inquiries/questions as it relates to training, ensuring a seamless learning experience._
- _ Track and manage all learning activities, including data analytics and trend analysis._
- _ Conduct audits related to learning assets and recommend continuous improvement strategies._
- _ Coordinate distribution of learning materials and equipment for virtual and in-person training._
- _ Communicate learning requirements and ensure compliance with health and safety standards._
- _ Collaborate with various teams, including Human Resources, Recruitment and Operations, to assign and complete tasks for learners._
- _ Provide continuous improvement recommendations on the onboarding process_
- _ Partner with IT team to ensure hardware stock is ready_
- _ Communicate effectively and in a timely manner roles and responsibilities within the onboarding process_
- _ Facilitate preparation huddles with Operations, Recruitment, Human Resources and Learning to ensure we are ready for upcoming new hires. Coordinate distribution of hardware to remote only employees (where applicable)_
- _ Innovate and creative solutions to gather insights and feedback from participants_
- _ Troubleshoot and/or escalate accordingly any issues impacting the learning experience._
- _ Ensure a welcoming onsite or virtual presence for learners._
- _ Distribution and collection of any new hire documents_
- _ Maintain Training logins
- including reset of passwords and distribution of accounts to applicable point of contacts,_
- _ Maintain consistent and productive interactions and communication with Operations, Recruitment, Human Resources and Learning_
- _ Prepares reports for teams as required_
- _ Refer all complaints to Operations Management or Learning Team_
- _ Creates and utilizes learning dashboards for reporting, analyzing the trends and make recommendation for improvement with partner stakeholders._
- _ Champion company core values and other company programs_
- _ Other duties as assigned_
