- Conduct training sessions on resume building, interview techniques, group discussions, and soft skills.
- Guide students in career planning, industry trends, and job opportunities.
- Motivate and mentor students to enhance their employability skills.
- **Administration & Reporting**:

- Prepare and circulate placement-related reports, statistics, and achievements.
- Maintain records of placed and unplaced students.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and companies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferred in the education sector).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate students.
