Qualification: Any Intermediate Passed
- Outbound Calling:

- Initiate calls to prospective customers based on leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Promote special offers, promotions, or upcoming events.

Inbound Calling:

- Answer calls from customers or clients, providing information about products or services.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues, offering solutions where necessary.

Sales and Lead Generation:

- Convert leads into sales or gather valuable information from customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or performance goals.

Customer Service:

- Assist customers with any product or service
- related questions.
- Provide follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships.

Database Management:

- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases after each call.
- Track and report sales performance and call outcomes to supervisors or managers.

Reporting:

- Provide feedback to management on call trends, customer behavior, or potential improvements.
- Document customer feedback and communicate important insights.

Communication:

- Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with customers at all times.
- Use scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, while also being flexible to customer needs.

Problem Solving:

- Address customer concerns or complaints, offering solutions or escalating issues to higher levels if required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Clear, articulate, and confident speaking skills for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
- Customer Focus: Patience, empathy, and active listening to understand and meet customer needs.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of CRM software, data entry, and office tools.

- Problem Solving: Able to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
