**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain IT/software and digital marketing services.
- Maintain and update the database of prospects and clients using CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up on inquiries, send proposals, and close smaller sales where applicable.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical teams) for smooth execution of sales cycles.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, IT, or Business).
- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling/telemarketing/sales in IT or digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional languages if required).
- Good understanding of IT products, software services, or digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive communication style.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused on sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B IT sales or digital marketing sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
