**Job Description : Tele Caller**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs.
- Schedule follow-up calls for interested prospects.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide accurate and complete information to help clients make informed decisions.

**Sales Conversion**:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calling activities and sales performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional languages as required).
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or working with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
