Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care**:Ensuring the safe and effective delivery of nursing care to patients, including monitoring and evaluating care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- **Staff Management**:Overseeing nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**:Formulating and implementing nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Budget Management**:Developing and managing the nursing department budget.
- **Resource Management**:Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and resources for effective nursing care.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Acting as a liaison between the nursing department and other departments within the hospital, as well as with external organizations.
- **Staff Development**:Implementing training programs and providing guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Patient Safety**:Ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff, including implementing safety protocols and addressing safety concerns.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to patient care, infection control, and quality assurance.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient and nursing records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
