**Job Title**: Field Sales Associate

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Location**: Kolkata, West Bengal
**Language**: English, Hindi, and the local language. ( Mandatory)
**Salary Range**: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to identify potential vendors and encourage them to register with our platform.
- Perform market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Effectively communicate product/service details and benefits to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, vendor interactions, and registration progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales or vendor acquisition.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and the local language**.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively for vendor interactions.
- A valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler (preferred).
