Hiring Client Support Executives - Voice (Outbound and Inbound)
iCarry is a rapidly growing online courier booking platform. We operate all over India and onboard new clients on our platform every day
The job involves:
- Outbound calling to leads and clients - to help with on-boarding, explain services and get them to start booking shipments
- Respond to & Resolve support tickets as per SLA
- Co-ordinate with Courier Partners to resolve our client complaints
- Other ad-hoc work tasks / duties as required (as per guidance from your supervisor)
Prior experience in a logistics or BPO company in a customer support role is a huge plus.
Work location - Work from your home. You should have access to a good broadband connection, a recent laptop with webcam and a mobile phone.
Prior Experience - Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO, support / sales / operations role is a huge plus.
Salary Range 13k - 15k (based on relevant experience).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
