**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 years in Counseling, Sales, or Education Industry
**Salary**: Competitive (Based on Experience)
**Education**: Graduation Mandatory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets for the center.
- Deliver effective and persuasive sales presentations at nearby schools, colleges, and communities.
- Conduct productive house visits to engage with prospective students and parents.
- Manage the complete admission process, including documentation, batch formation, and onboarding.
- Organize and lead career seminars at educational institutions to generate interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports and ensure smooth data management.
- Counsel students and parents effectively, addressing their queries and providing suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain Business Associate (BA) tie-ups to drive student enrollments.
- Execute Strategic Tie-up Programs (STP) and regular outreach initiatives to enhance center visibility.

**Skills & Competencies Required**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- High energy, customer-oriented approach, and problem-solving mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
