**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Patient Reception & Hospitality**:

- Greet and welcome patients with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Maintain a hospitable, comfortable, and clean front desk environment.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Provide accurate information regarding treatments, appointments, and services offered.
- Confirm and remind patients of their appointments on time.
- Communicate effectively between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth flow of work.

**Appointment & Scheduling Management**:

- Manage the daily appointment schedule using practice management software.
- Ensure minimum waiting time for patients through efficient coordination.

**Patient Care & Experience**:

- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide a calming, empathetic approach to anxious or first-time patients.
- Ensure patients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Manage billing, invoices, and payment collection at the front desk.
- Coordinate with laboratories, vendors, and delivery partners when needed.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduate or diploma holder in hospitality, healthcare management, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
- Strong **interpersonal and convincing skills** to build trust with patients.
- Polite, confident, and patient-friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with computers and basic office software.
- Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality sector will be an advantage.
