
Front Office Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally
- Schedule and maintain appointments and calendars
- Maintain visitor logs and records accurately
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Use Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and creating spreadsheets
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and support office functions
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
