**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Product promotion**:

- Undertake product marketing in appointed area of operations by conducting client meeting, issuing pamphlets, and other methods.

**New Borrower Identification and Induction**:

- Identify potential new group and individual borrowers.
- Conduct a thorough introduction of the organization and its products and services to potential clients.
- Assist borrowers in group formation.

**Information for Credit Bureau**:

- Information as required for credit bureau check is collected from the prospective client and shared with back office in the specified format.

**Documentation**:

- Verify and collect relevant KYC documents (proof of identity and address) from the prospective clients as per Credit policy.
- Ensure that the documentation is successfully process on further sanction stage as per the procedures in the Credit policy.

**Support Loan Assessment**:

- The loan assessment (GRT process) is conducted by the Branch Head based on the CGT based and other related documents updated in the system.

**Loan Disbursement**:

- Ensure that on the day of disbursement, the member has received their loan card with detailed repayment schedule.
- Ensure that all Applicant & Co-Applicant have signed the Loan Agreement.
- Re-confirm that the Applicant & Co-Applicant both have understood the repayment terms and conditions and schedule properly.

**Delinquency (OD) Follow-up**:

- Get the list of delinquent (OD) members from Branch and Follow up with delinquent borrowers.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
