Are you a sales dynamo with a keen eye for compliance? Mobile Mobile Orlando is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Closer & Compliance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound channels while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries, effectively closing deals with potential customers.
- Monitor and review recorded sales calls to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Evaluate messages received on Facebook Marketplace listings to ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements, and respond promptly and effectively.
- Analyze call logs and message interactions to accurately report on performance metrics.
- Respond promptly to sales queries raised on Facebook chats, providing accurate information and assistance to potential customers.
- Proactively engage with clients to facilitate successful deal closures while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of improvement in sales processes and communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Spanish (essential).
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing deals.
- Strong understanding of compliance management, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-based environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of mobile phone industry trends and products is a plus.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Remote-based
- **Salary**: $350 per month
- **Timings**: 12 PM to 3 PM and 4 PM to 9 PM EST, 8-hour shift

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
