We are hiring for **Visibility Executive** for reputed FMCG Company Located in Surat.

**Work Experience**: 2+ Years

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Visibility Executive to enhance the presence and visibility of our FMCG products in retail shops. As a Visibility Executive, you will play a key role in executing strategies to maximize brand visibility, improve product placement, and drive sales growth in retail environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure effective implementation of visibility initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement visibility plans and strategies to optimize brand presence and product visibility in retail shops.

Execute visual merchandising activities, including shelf placement, product displays, signage, and promotional materials, to attract customer attention and increase sales.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for improving visibility and customer engagement.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, negotiate shelf space, and secure prominent product placement.

Train and educate retail staff on product features, benefits, and merchandising techniques to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with visibility guidelines, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and in-store activations to drive product visibility and sales.

Monitor and report on visibility metrics, including product performance, sales data, and market share, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in FMCG retail, visual merchandising, or trade marketing roles is preferred.

Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, shelf management, and visual merchandising principles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at various levels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Creative thinking and attention to detail to design effective visual displays and merchandising solutions.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management software.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,900.94 per month
