Dechcept is looking for Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement brand strategies for clients to enhance visibility and market positioning.• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.• Manage and coordinate the internal marketing team, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality branding campaigns.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand strategies.• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and traditional marketing channels.• Oversee the development of brand guidelines, marketing materials, and campaign assets.• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align branding efforts with revenue goals.• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.• Handle crisis management and brand reputation strategies when needed. Job RequirementsResponsibilitiesCollaborates with the Manager, Client Services, on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the client.Understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities of target and industryGenerate and drive insight for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers, and experiences.Involved with projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines.Actively participates in client presentations.Help lead research initiatives and manage outside consultants.Seeking new opportunities to add value to existing clients.Create marketing plans to increase brand awarenessEnsure strong brand presence in online and offline channelsResearch competition and identify opportunities for growthStrategise advertising campaigns for new products/servicesCoordinate with the Business Head- Brand Strategy to ensure consistency with the strategyAssist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channelsSkillsFamiliarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaignsAbility to conduct market analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong organisation and project management skills.Must be detail oriented.Required Skills Brand strategy development Client relationship management Team leadership and project coordination Market research and trend analysis Creative storytelling and content marketing Digital marketing expertise (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, PR) Data-driven decision-making and performance trackingKindly ContactHR || Team ||
