Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on
Google Ads
,
Facebook Ads
, and
SEO
. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both paid and organic digital marketing strategies, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the ability to lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive
Google Ads
and
Facebook Ads
campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives.
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
- Perform keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO to optimize website content for search engines.
- Optimize content and landing pages for SEO, ensuring they are aligned with the latest best practices and algorithm updates.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Performance Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (for both paid and organic channels), utilizing data-driven insights to optimize ROI and overall effectiveness.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across both paid and organic channels.
Target Audience Identification:
- Identify and segment target audiences for both PPC and SEO campaigns to create personalized and impactful campaigns that resonate with specific customer demographics.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling ad copy, SEO-focused content, images, and videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets for PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum campaign effectiveness while minimizing costs.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing for both paid ads and landing page SEO to determine the most effective ad creatives, strategies, and budget allocations.
Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and PPC to maintain a competitive edge.
Innovation and Implementation:
- Implement new strategies, tools, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of both paid marketing efforts and SEO initiatives, ensuring that the company stays ahead of industry competitors.
