Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Strategy:

Lead the development of social media strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across platforms.

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Oversee influencer partnerships, manage campaigns with high ROI, and collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content. Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with influencers.

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop, curate, and execute a content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and engages target audiences across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and user engagement on social media platforms. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, brand management, and influencer marketing.
