
Cleaning Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning & Maintenance**:
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including reception area, meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
- Ensure hygiene and orderliness throughout the day.
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and guests when required.
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned department/person.
- Manage visitor logs and maintain front desk records.
- Coordinate with admin or HR for basic support tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent
- Basic communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Pleasant personality with polite and helpful attitude
- Punctual and disciplined
- Prior experience in office maintenance or front desk roles is an added advantage
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday - [e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM]
