**Role Purpose**
To oversee branch administration, ensure smooth workflow across teams, and support business growth through effective coordination and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor branch operations independently.
- Coordinate with **Technical, Sales, Admin, Data, and Programming teams** for seamless workflow.
- Supervise **output extraction, evaluation, and reporting** to management.
- Handle **office administration, compliance, records, and financial controls**.
- Support branch head in **strategic planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring**.
- Ensure timely submission of **MIS reports, dashboards, and communication** to management.
- Drive **discipline, efficiency, and policy adherence** within the branch.
- Act as the **link between branch and head office** for operational and administrative matters.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting ability.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, data handling, and process monitoring**.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver timely outputs.

**Qualification & Experience**
- **BE / MBA mandatory**.
- **5-10 years of relevant experience** in administration, operations, or branch management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
