Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage daily operations at our aesthetic clinic The role requires strong leadership operational management and customer service excellence to ensure smooth clinic functioning patient satisfaction and achievement of business goals Key Responsibilities Operations Administration Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth workflow Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for clinic services Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety and quality standards Manage inventory procurement and maintenance of equipment and consumables Business Development Sales Drive branch revenue sales targets and profitability Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective campaigns Patient Experience Client Relations Ensure high-quality patient care and client satisfaction Handle escalations and resolve complaints with professionalism Conduct patient feedback sessions and implement improvements Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions Team Management Lead train and motivate clinic staff doctors nurses front office therapists Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews Ensure proper staff scheduling discipline and work culture Support staff development through continuous training and guidance Finance Reporting Monitor branch budgets expenses and financial performance Prepare and present weekly monthly reports to senior management Ensure timely billing cash handling and reconciliation Requirements Education Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field Experience 3-7 years of experience in branch clinic hospital retail management Prior experience in aesthetic healthcare wellness industry preferred Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills Knowledge of clinic operations compliance and healthcare standards Sales-oriented mindset with business development acumen Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM clinic management software Job Type Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Ability to commute relocate Kanyakumari Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience minimum 3 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
