- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are clean, organized, and returned to their proper places
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and dish racks
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain garbage area cleanliness
- Follow proper hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work or stocking as needed
- Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties and help prepare the kitchen for the next day
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
