As a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Goan and European cuisine, your role entails several key responsibilities:

- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the head chef to create innovative and authentic dishes that showcase the flavors and techniques of Goan and European cuisines. Ensure that the menu offerings are diverse, appealing to different tastes, and meet the restaurant's standards.
- **Food Preparation**: Take charge of preparing and cooking dishes according to standardized recipes while maintaining high quality and consistency. Pay particular attention to traditional Goan and European cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
- **Quality Control**: Uphold strict standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation, from sourcing ingredients to final presentation, to ensure dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- **Training and Supervision**: Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs and kitchen assistants, in proper cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation. Lead by example in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and controlling food inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Coordinate with the sous chef or head chef to order supplies and ingredients as needed, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- **Adherence to Dietary Requirements**: Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences of guests, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, without compromising on flavor or quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the kitchen team, including sous chefs, pastry chefs, and kitchen porters, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to fulfill guest requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques in Goan and European cuisine, and incorporate new ideas into menu development. Experiment with seasonal ingredients and local produce to create unique and memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
