Job Title: Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all healthcare regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Active nursing license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and guidelines

Working Conditions: Staff Nurses work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. They may work rotating shifts and weekends, and may be required to work long hours or be on call.

Physical Demands: The job of a Staff Nurse requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time. They may also be required to lift and move patients or equipment, and must be able to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
