**Job summary**:
Lead the Indirect Procurement GPS transformational journey at hub level, to drive sourcing process excellence in support of Region and Category teams. Contribute to the Global GPS Org creation and development - people, processes, and tools.

- Challenge current processes - standardize, simplify, automate and digitize.
- Develop close working relationships with Categories/Regions to understand their needs
- Build annual operational roadmap to effectively cover geographies/categories in the region
- Train, coach & develop team members in alignment with the global GPS onboarding program.

**Main responsibilities**:
Recruit, train and lead a GPS team to perform the following key functions
- **Sourcing Support**
- Facilitate the gathering of data and relevant specifications for sourcing events and Annual Planning Process
- Manage the suppliers onboarding process to our digital platform SSP SRM
- Prepare and launch RFx (standards & non-standards) within the digital platform and send RFx (global & local) in line with SSP SRM requirements and processes
- Handle eRAs (auctions)
- Prepare the output for negotiation award and the respective awarding letter to involved suppliers
- Chase responses, clarification to suppliers during RFx / eRA events
- Support the disengagement of suppliers via the tool

Perform tactical sourcing projects, as requested by Regions/Categories

**Supply Base Management**
- Manage the supplier creation/updates process as assigned to Procurement per Global Master Data Governance process (MDG)
- Support the preparation and coordination of supplier business reviews via SSP-SRM

**Continuous improvement**
- Collaborate with peers to drive standardization across hubs to continuously improve processes
- Develop and elevate standard RFx / eRA templates (grids) in alignment with category management
- Identify areas of opportunities to simplify and automate ways of working. Develop business cases

Execute the CI plan in coordination with Finance, GSC IS, Legal, Internal Audit and Schneider Digital organizations.

**Contract Management**
- Handle contract administration and maintenance of contract data, storage of documents
- Support sourcing teams on contract management related tasks: creation & signature processes within the digital platform

Drive contract spend coverage and transparency by handling the contract migration of offline contracts

**Analytics/Data Management**
- Manage standard and customized spend data report collections

Ensure high level of data accuracy within digital tools

**Strategic Supplier Initiatives**

Support various global/regional/local strategic supplier initiatives in support of Regions/Categories, such as Decent Work, Data Privacy, ISO26000, Global Vigilance, DPO, etc
