**Description**:
**Job Summary / Objective**:Manage purchasing requirements for Indirect Procurement categories
- External Engineering Software tools and Testing & Certification Globally.

**Purpose**:To provide competitive sourcing for externally procured indirect materials. To establish creative sourcing plans, supplier contracts and global processes and tools.

**Focus/ Objective**:To ensure strategic sourcing and a competitive price and value for Visteon Stakeholders.

**Essential Functions / Roles and Responsibility
- Manage in country quote requests based on global discount agreements and/or preferred suppliers in accordance with the Sourcing policy. Provide quote summary documentation for final approval and supplier selection
- Lead RFQ’s with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Manage new supplier set up requirements. Follow up with suppliers to complete required forms and track through VGSS supplier set up process
- Track and drive timely completion of requisition approvals and purchase order releases to suppliers
- Track regional contracts and renewal schedules ensuring all regional contracts are reviewed and maintained through Indirect Purchasing processes
- Support Invoice disputes with suppliers
- Single point of contact for all software tools & Testing & Certification categories like Homologation

Services/EMC/Standards etc related sourcing activities globally
- Responsible for processing of requests with accuracy within the stipulated time.
- Commercial Contract and price negotiations with suppliers
- Contract management to ensure active contracts with all the suppliers
- Creation of make or buy analysis in consideration of alternative supplier solutions which address

Global programs needs
- New supplier onboarding if necessary, Consolidate the existing suppliers base.
- Follow the IATF compliance guidelines, maintain and update and maintain the suppliers Approved

Vendors List
- Create competitiveness among suppliers to leverage the best cost option for the organization

Without compromising the quality and quantity.
- Lead supplier development activities; set up cross-functional review meetings with key strategic

suppliers in order to improve performance and further cost
- Search and Identification of new and alternative partners and suppliers for better cost ownership of

Suppler/Partner relationship
- Initiate and achieve negotiations with key major spend & better payment terms

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Annual Savings targets
- Audit and compliance to procurement procedures
- Annual additional KPIs as per business needs
- Number of Quick Win actions implemented

**Demonstrated skills and abilities**:

- Supply Chain/Purchasing degree preferred
- 6 years Purchasing experience
- Negotiation experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Project management/time skills
