**Job role**: International Recruiter
**Location**: Visakhapatnam/On-Site
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Preferably one year experience)
**Office Timings**: 9PM - 6AM

**Looking for Immediate or 1 Week Joiners**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IT/Non-IT positions
- Source and assess top IT talent.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers.
- Source resumes from different sources like portals, references, social networking sites, and groups Conduct initial screenings for skill match and suitability,
- Good Communication Skills in English.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Graduation In Any Discipline
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to achieve individual as well targets.
- Must possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability.

**Salary**: ₹8,634.73 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- UK shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

Ability to Commute:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (required)

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
