**Job Description - Account Executive**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records in tally including sales, purchase, expense, bank, general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Processing reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
- Communicate with owners of company and other stakeholders like consultants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience (minimum 2 years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, journal entries and golden rules of accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,189.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
