**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers and bussers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and service standards.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, working towards resolutions that exceed expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Captain, F&B Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team positively and professionally.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A passion for the restaurant industry and providing exceptional guest service.
