v conduct QA analysis for food products( Jams, sauces and mayonaise products) on parameters as brix and other parameters as given

v To report all issues, concerns to R and D Head. Reporting anomalies and discussing the same with senior staff at Office

v Suggesting changes in processes where needed. Should be inclined towards research and development. Interested in new product development.

v Carefully follow all instructions on process.

v Create a process flow chart for the all products as per process being followed

v testing and sampling

v Compliance related process and finalisation

v Packaging and labelling

v Risk Assessment of product

v Research on process, ingredients and product development

v Finding better processes - innovation in process

v market Analysis

v Sensory Analysis

v Cost Analysis

v Recipe Formulation and testing as instructed

v Food Safety related documentation

v Concept development along with Head of R and D

v Training on hygiene related issues.

v Checking RM, PM when required In process quality check and correction feedback, final quality monitoring.

v Maintaining clean documentation of all observations made. Maintaining Records of all quality audits undertaken.

v Knowledge of ISO will be helpful,

v Preparation of manuals for specifications and methods of analysis including process control samples for all products and packaging materials, and periodic updating as needed

v Maintaining and Monitoring records of all quality test undertaken. Resolution of any quality issues.

You will be instructed for all activities

v Enable certifications in QA where needed

v Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time based on business requirement

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
