**Responsibilities**:
1) Knowledge of various processes
- SGI casting (20 to 1000 kgs),
- Machining sequence/ Machine capability of CNC, VMC and HMC.
- Cylindrical Grinding/ Honing capability
- Springs manufacturing (cold and hot rolled),
- Al Low Pressure Die casting, Al Extrusion, Plastic Moulding, Rubber moulding,
- Welding of Carbon Steel and SS - Arc and MIG
- Shot blasting, Painting, Pickling, Anodising, Plating etc.

2) Quality Control by - Rejection analysis/ Problem solving technique/ 7QC Tools/ SPC and CAPA

Quality Assurance by FMEA

3) Customer complaints resolution using 8D process.

4) Implementation of Quality, H&S and Environment management system.

5) Knowledge on various certifications like PESO, ATEX, IECEx, CRTU, UL, PED, SIL is preferred.

6) Expertise/ Knowledge in
- Measurement by various sophisticated equipment
- Concentricity, perpendicular, Oblong, Face runout, Flatness, Surface Finish
- Non Destructive testing - Radiography, LPT, MPI, UT
- Welding Process Knowledge - Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Process Qualification Record (PQR),

Welder’s qualification.
- Painting inspector or has through knowledge of Painting process qualifications
- Destructive Testing - Chemical, Mechanical

7) Good verbal and written communication skills
