**Client Servicing Role in Digital Media**

We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in the digital media vertical to join our team at Prachar Communications Pvt Ltd. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service that drives client satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance to enhance their digital presence.

**-Campaign Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing campaigns.

**-Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to provide clients with actionable reports.

**-Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with their goals.

**-Market Research**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities that can benefit clients’ digital strategies.

**-Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that all client requirements are met within agreed parameters.

**-Collaboration**: Work closely with creative teams to ensure the execution of campaigns aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret metrics and provide insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills**:

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data trends and campaign performance metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions for clients.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in reporting and campaign execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
