Lead Generation & Cold Calling:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.Make outbound sales calls to leads and convert them into customers.Answer questions about products or the company.Sales & Target Achievement:Convince prospects to purchase by explaining the benefits and addressing concerns.Set up meetings between potential customers and field sales executives when required.Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.Customer Relationship Management:Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Follow up with clients to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.Data Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate customer information and records of calls in the CRM system.Track and document progress and results to report to the sales/marketing manager.Provide feedback on campaign success and areas of improvement

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
