**Job Title: Telecaller(Kannada, Hindi & Telugu)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend Inbound or make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for sales and cross-selling to the sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but not yet committed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent approach to customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and Telugu
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to engage potential customers over the phone and build rapport.
- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus.
