**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Senior Executive - Corporate Relations** to strengthen our corporate engagement initiatives. The role involves fostering relationships with corporate partners, generating job opportunities for fresh graduates, and coordinating recruitment events. This position is critical in bridging the gap between students/alumni and potential employers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement strategies to generate job opportunities for fresh graduates across diverse industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of job fairs, campus placements, and HR meetups.
- Facilitate corporate participation in recruitment drives and talent acquisition programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and fulfill hiring needs of corporate clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with corporate partners to strengthen relationships and encourage recruitment activities.
- Contribute to developing innovative outreach strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends to improve placement and recruitment programs.

**Must Have**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in corporate relations, business development, or related fields.
- **Industry Background**: Proven experience in the **education** or **recruitment sector**.
- **Event Coordination**: Hands-on experience organizing job fairs, placement drives, or HR events.
- **Skill Set**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of corporate recruitment processes and emerging hiring trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with various teams.
- Exposure to developing and executing corporate outreach strategies.
