**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our employees across various departments. Your primary goal will be to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with the company's objectives and values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different departments within the organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training priorities across the company.
- Design training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other resources, to support learning objectives effectively.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to promote employee engagement and collaboration.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with departmental managers and HR to ensure training initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative training techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery methods is desirable.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
