**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing order processing, coordinating with logistics, and providing excellent customer support to ensure seamless online sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process online orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor order status and resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure accurate product listings and inventory updates on online platforms.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in e-commerce operations or customer support.
- Proficiency in order management systems and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online sales platforms (D2C Website, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Knowledge of returns and refund processes.
- Basic Excel skills for data management.
- Reporting to: Online Sales Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
