**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Manufacturing Industry

**Location**:

- Mumbai
**Industry**: Manufacturing (e.g., Engineering, Steel, Cement, Textiles, etc.)
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferably in B2B/industrial product sales)
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
**Travel**: Frequent local travel to client sites required

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads in assigned regions through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and industry networks.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, dispatch, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with trends.
- Maintain sales pipeline and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling industrial/B2B clients
- Ability to understand technical product details
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in selling industrial products, machinery, construction materials, or manufacturing goods
- Familiarity with field sales and client visits
- Regional language fluency is a bonus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
