
Sales Representative

As a **Sales Representative**, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. The position requires regular travel to meet with prospects, attend trade shows, and represent our brand at events and in client meetings.
You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while achieving individual sales targets. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys the excitement of travel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Prospecting**: Identify and target new clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Meetings**: Travel to meet with prospective and existing clients to present products/services and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, both in-person and remotely.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Engage in negotiations, handle objections, and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- **Travel Requirements**: Travel extensively to client locations, trade shows, and industry events, with occasional overnight stays.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively sell and respond to customer needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, collaborate on strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role..
- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver engaging presentations.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly driven, organized, and able to work independently to meet objectives.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Experience with is a plus.
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
