**Job Title: Outside Sales Representative**

**Salary**: 15000-30000

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Generate New Business**: Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities by targeting potential clients in your assigned territory.
- **Develop Client Relationships**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Conduct Sales Meetings**: Meet with potential and existing clients to present products/services, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Effectively deliver product presentations and demos to customers in person.
- **Manage Sales Cycle**: Handle all phases of the sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying prospects, negotiating, and closing deals.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure the smooth delivery of services/products to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours
